These look wonderful! Are these traditional in Slovenia? The only holiday Slovenian tradition I knew here in America was potica :-)
ReplyDeleteThank you! :) They are very delicious, so far I used cranberry and apricot jam, they would be good with any other.. They are not known as Slovenian traditional dessert like potica :) I am impressed that someone from so far knows potica :) Have you also tried it? Have you ever been in Slovenia? I intend to post some recipes of Slovenian traditional desserts in the futur (like Bled Cream cake or kremšnita, Over Mura Moving Cake, Potica...)
DeleteI have already posted a picture of walnuts potica, but havent post the recipe yet: http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-u2lwRAQH5Ow/UViU1QWE7DI/AAAAAAAAA9o/DTmTtr4CU_w/s1600/potica1.jpg
