I made this delicious cake for my friend Lea for her birthday party :)  She loves Raffaello!

This cake is tasty and moist..And with the flaky snow-ish coconuts on the outside it is perfect for winter..

CAKE:

7 egg whites

150 g sugar

1 package of Bourbon vanilla sugar

1 package of baking powder

70 g strong flour

150 g grated coconut

FILLING:

700 ml milk

7 egg yolks

2 vanilla puddings

100 g butter

170 g powdered sugar

300 ml heavy cream

SYRUP:

150 ml milk

2 spoons of vanilla extract

1 vrečka burbonske vanilije

1 prašek za pecivo

70 g ostre moke

150 g kokosa

700 ml mleka
